Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles
  • Advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
