Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the post-sales process for customers, ensuring a smooth transition from onboarding to support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships and expectations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful onboarding
  • Providing training and support to customers throughout the onboarding process

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You will also need to possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
