As Onboarding Experience and Learning Manager, you'll design and deliver impactful learning experiences that align with strategic priorities and industry trends. You'll lead the development of scalable frameworks and job-ready programs that support career pathways and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement onboarding and core learning solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Develop scalable frameworks to support job-ready capability across career pathways.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing development.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner across teams to align learning with broader workforce strategy and transformation initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Learning & Development, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Advanced capability in learning experience design and instructional methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Business acumen and understanding of customer service dynamics.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools (desired).
  • Qualifications in Training & Assessment or Adult Learning (desired).
