Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Business Analyst to lead our team in critically reviewing and analysing end-to-end business processes and requirements from multiple stakeholders.

This is a dynamic opportunity to develop a capability chapter that supports a continuous improvement culture, and contribute to delivering optimal customer experience through strategic analysis of highly complex and integrated projects.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leading and managing a team of business analysts, with a proven ability to engage at all levels and manage complex technical information and business rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Critically review and analyse end-to-end business processes and requirements from multiple stakeholders
  • Lead a team of specialist business analysts in delivering the complete business analysis lifecycle
  • Manage complex technical information and business rules across teams, facilitating informed decisions and service level improvements
  • Identify and document business processes and requirements to align user stories and evaluate outcomes
  • Analyse customer feedback to develop actionable recommendations for service improvements

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated currency of knowledge in business analysis
  • Satisfactory criminal record check
  • SAFe Agilest or equivalent accreditation highly desired
