Operations Manager Job

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader for the Operations Manager role. This position plays a key role in delivering life outcomes for children and young people through responsive client service underpinned by best practice case management.

This is a leadership role that requires strategic oversight of business areas and contributing to sound advice on executive teams.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, at least five years of experience working with children, youth, and/or families, and cultural awareness when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee several teams within the area of operation.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and support to Team Leaders.
  • Ensure staff are delivering services in line with legislation, policy, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline.
  • At least five years of practical experience working with children, youth, and/or families.
  • Cultural awareness and capacity to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
