The Role: Swim School Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and passionate leader who is dedicated to fostering a love of swimming in children. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong leadership style, and a proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans and activities that cater to the needs of our students.
  • Manage the end-to-end operations of the swim school, including front desk duties, lesson scheduling, pool maintenance, and staff management.
  • Supervise and motivate the team to achieve high standards of customer service and programme delivery.
  • Proactively drive local area marketing and manage leads and enquiries.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and make informed decisions.
  • Prior experience in the swimming/leisure industry, preferably in a management or leadership role.
