Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our industrial relations transformation initiatives. As the General Manager - Workplace Relations Transformation, you will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing key projects aligned with our strategic goals.

Your primary objective will be to drive operational excellence, support cultural change, and build capability across our leadership teams to create a positive and consistent employee experience.

You will work closely with the Chief People Officer and executive team to mitigate organisational risk and enhance our IR legislative framework.

Additionally, you will provide expert advice on enterprise agreements, modern awards, and emerging industrial relations trends.

Furthermore, you will create scalable processes that support long-term compliance, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years' senior experience in industrial/employment relations
  • Tertiary qualifications in Employment Law or a related discipline
  • A strong background in leading HR/IR transformation and change initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of employment legislation, awards and enterprise agreements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Advanced project management capabilities
