Regional IT Operations Specialist

This customer-facing role is responsible for managing regional IT operations and service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional IT Manager to support assigned team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage IT service delivery in a geographic region of oversight.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as an escalation point for unresolved issues and complaints.
- Collaborate with the IT Service Centre/Help Desk to meet end-user support needs.
- Review and audit service management reports, escalating data as necessary.
- Conduct performance reviews and career development sessions for direct reports.
- A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent is required.
- At least three years' experience working in an IT environment is essential.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory due to travel requirements.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and assertiveness.
