Job Title: Compliance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to join our team in Australasia. This role will involve working closely with our regional team to provide regulatory compliance support for various business units and functions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory compliance in a financial services or payments organization, with a strong track record of operating effectively within a diverse multicultural organization. They will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a proactive, time-sensitive, results-driven approach in carrying out all responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide key regulatory compliance support for the core business in the Australasia region.
  • Strengthen the regulatory compliance infrastructure to support markets, local initiatives, and product/service offerings.
  • Produce and maintain relevant regulatory compliance policies and departmental procedures.
  • Review and assess new business projects and design regulatory compliance controls to ensure adherence to company policy and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting obligations.
