  • Oversee performance across various campuses, offering the necessary support to enhance team performance as identified
  • Lead and mentor campus teams, ensuring proper allocation of time and resources
  • Collaborate closely with Functional Leaders and Business Partners, fostering strong working relationships
  • Prioritize safety, safeguarding, quality, and service in campus operations, ensuring the delivery of excellent education and care for all children
  • Coordinate communication with both families and teams, in partnership with family support
Role Requirements
  • Bachelors or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in operating a childcare centre
  • Prior experience working across multiple centres. Have the ability to deliver P&L results and manage key performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Full working rights in Australia & Full Drivers Licence
