Product Launch Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Product Launch Coordinator.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding the journey of new products from development to market launch.
- Overseeing the coordination of product launches to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Managing packaging design and specifications, ensuring all proofs and signoffs are obtained.
- Developing and implementing commercialization strategies to optimize sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on product launch timelines.
- Providing expert advice on product container sizing and type to optimize freight and manage export logistics.
- Coordinating with freight forwarders to ensure all export requirements and legislation are met.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products to market.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
