Job Description
The RD&A Technologist is a key role in our team responsible for developing savoury snack and culinary products. You will be working closely with customers to develop innovative new concepts as well as renovating current products.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for product development from initiation to launch, communicating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Participate in designated projects and ensure that products developed are cost-effective and commercially viable.
- Ensure that good laboratory practices and lab protocols are being met, maintaining accurate records and evolving methodologies into databases.
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and facilitate trials and first productions of new product commercializations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Food Science or related field.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, think creatively, and solve issues independently or as part of a team.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working with cross-functional departments.
