Marketing Role

This role will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for a growing portfolio. You'll work closely with surgeons, sales, and marketing teams to drive long-term brand success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for product launches, including sales enablement, communication strategy, training, and evidence generation
  • Work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and field teams to identify opportunities and drive customer engagement
  • Oversee market data analysis and customer insights to drive business decisions and support pricing strategies and segmentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across commercial, clinical, supply chain, and training teams to drive business performance and portfolio success
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years in either sales or marketing within the medical technology industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Demonstrated success in product lifecycle management and new product launches
  • Experienced in influencing without authority and working across diverse teams
