**Role Summary**

We're seeking a skilled and analytical individual to join our customer support team as a Help Desk Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating closely with our tech team.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and gathering feedback to improve our product.

You will work closely with our development team to troubleshoot complex cases, identify and report bugs, and create helpful self-service content.

We're looking for someone who is fluent in English, written and spoken, with solid experience in customer support (SaaS experience a plus). You should be a natural problem-solver who feels at home with technology and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve technical issues and collaborate with the tech team to solve complex cases
  • Gather and share customer feedback with the product team
  • Identify, verify, and report bugs
  • Create helpful self-service content (FAQs, guides, etc.)

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Solid experience in customer support (SaaS experience a plus)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for learning new things
