About the Position

This role is a key component of our team, focused on ensuring seamless shipment clearance processes. We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with customers, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers regarding clearance requirements and resolve issues to ensure successful shipment clearance
  • Gather necessary shipment information and documents from customers when existing data is insufficient
  • Validate and correct data elements in shipment records to meet regulatory standards
  • Coordinate and facilitate shipment inspections as needed
  • Maintain timely contact with customers through various communication channels
