Clearance Support Agent Job Description">

As a Clearance Support Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth clearance of shipments. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a difference in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers regarding clearance requirements and resolve discrepancies to ensure successful shipment clearance
  • Work with customers to gather necessary shipment information and documents when existing data is insufficient
  • Ensure shipment records meet regulatory standards by validating and correcting data elements
  • Coordinate and facilitate shipment inspections as needed
  • Maintain timely contact with customers through various communication channels, assisting with both pre- and post-clearance issues

This role consists of approximately 80% document handling and 20% manual handling.

Other Information

Location: MEL

This is a permanent full-time position, requiring 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
