Clearance Support Specialist

As a Clearance Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless clearance of shipments. You will be responsible for communicating with customers to resolve any discrepancies that may prevent the successful clearance of shipments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities. You will also be expected to work effectively in a team environment and have a positive attitude towards collaboration.

The position involves a significant amount of document handling, with approximately 70% of your time dedicated to reviewing and processing documents. Additionally, you will be required to facilitate shipment inspections and provide timely support to customers via various forms of communication.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a permanent full-time basis, with a regular schedule of 38 hours per week. You will be working Saturday to Wednesday, with specific hours to be determined based on business needs.
