Event Coordinator Opportunity

The Event Manager position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for the successful execution of luxury automotive events and activations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event logistics, manage supplier relationships, and oversee on-site execution.
  • Act as main point of contact for internal teams, partners, and VIP guests, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting to meet business objectives.

Requirements
