Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic pricing and performance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product/pricing roles, with expertise in Excel and SQL. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data from various sources using diverse tools and techniques, and providing analysis and recommendations for short-term tactical product and pricing initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Product, and Sales, to understand customer needs and market trends. Your insights will inform pricing strategies and drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing multi-year strategic pricing plans to meet financial targets
- Providing analysis and recommendations for short-term tactical product and pricing initiatives
- Mentoring team members to foster a high-performance culture
- Collaborating with Product teams to identify opportunities and risks in product initiatives
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident in presenting ideas to diverse audiences. They will also be proactive, curious, and a relationship builder with strong influencing skills.
