
Senior Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a strong and empathetic leader to guide our customer service team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for running regular check-ins, managing workflow, and partnering with stakeholders to drive business growth.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency. You will also act as the first point of contact for client escalations, requiring a calm and solutions-focused approach.

- Ability to create and implement effective processes.
- Technical savvy, particularly with CRM systems and software.
- Background in beauty, skincare, e-commerce or retail an advantage.
