Job Title: Senior Customer Experience Manager
\Main Responsibilities:\- \
- Customer Onboarding & Activation: Develop comprehensive success plans and ensure customers achieve their goals within a specified timeframe.\
- Customer Success Management: Lead quarterly check-ins, analyzing product usage to drive business outcomes and foster long-term relationships.\
- Risk Management & Expansion: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive growth opportunities through strategic renewals and expansions.\
- Insight-Driven Decision Making: Translate customer feedback into actionable insights, informing product development and marketing strategies.\
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and health checks to ensure seamless customer experiences.\
- Strategic Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CMOs, founders, and marketers, through clear and effective communication.\

- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or related industries.\
- Proven commercial acumen, including negotiation, forecasting, and data analysis skills.\
- Strong understanding of branding and marketing principles, with the ability to apply them effectively.\
- Data literacy and a curious mindset, with the ability to guide conversations using dashboards and analytics tools.\
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.\
- Familiarity with relevant tools and software, such as CRM systems, productivity suites, and project management platforms.\
