
Sales Professional for Oncology Sector

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our national team as a Hospital Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Identify and prioritize key customers who influence prescribing decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategy
- Drive sales performance by delivering meaningful customer engagements that support clinical decision-making
- Conduct value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand customer needs, treatment landscapes, and areas of opportunity
- Tailor engagement strategies by leveraging customer insights, preferred communication channels, and compliant promotional content
- Foster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists, coordinating collaborative initiatives and facilitating speaker meetings in line with compliance standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting PBS-reimbursed therapies that align with clinical needs
- Deliver innovative solutions that support better patient outcomes
Skill Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Hospital/Speciality Sales Representative
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
