Hospital Sales Representative Job

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our national team as a Hospital Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

  • Identify and prioritize key customers who influence prescribing decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategy
  • Drive sales performance by delivering meaningful customer engagements that support clinical decision-making
  • Conduct value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand customer needs, treatment landscapes, and areas of opportunity
  • Tailor engagement strategies by leveraging customer insights, preferred communication channels, and compliant promotional content
  • Foster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists, coordinating collaborative initiatives and facilitating speaker meetings in line with compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting PBS-reimbursed therapies that align with clinical needs
  • Deliver innovative solutions that support better patient outcomes

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Hospital/Speciality Sales Representative
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Australian working rights and reliable vehicle with 5-star ANCAP safety rating
