As a field service engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of medical equipment. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance of these systems, thereby enhancing patient care.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional who can apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and maintain complex systems. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development, manufacture, and supply of diagnostics, GYN surgical, and breast & skeletal solutions products.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Maintaining a high level of technical proficiency, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical technology.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
