Responsibilities
  • Manage internal teams and contractors to ensure facilities are maintained, safe, compliant, functional, and operationally efficient.
  • Develop and implement maintenance processes to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead budget planning and contract negotiations to ensure effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in Facilities Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence.
