Job Title: Aqua Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Aqua Operations Manager to lead our swim programs at leisure facilities.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective aqua class execution plans, manage staff performance, and enhance customer experience.
  • Foster a supportive environment for staff and participants, ensuring quality service delivery and maintaining safety standards.
  • Lead a team of swim instructors and coaches in delivering high-quality swimming lessons.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • A current AUSTSWIM qualification in teaching swimming and water safety.
  • A current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003) and Provide Resuscitation Certificate (HLTAID 001 / HLTAID 009).
  • Extensive experience managing a learn-to-swim program, proven leadership skills, and ability to positively motivate others.
  • Experience delivering high-quality customer service to improve business performance.
