Hospitality Operations Manager - Residential Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our hospitality services in a new residential aged care home.

  • Manage all hospitality functional areas including dining, cleaning, laundry and Concierge services.
  • Direct reports include Head Chef, Concierge and Housekeeping Assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality hospitality services that contribute to a safe and comfortable home environment.
  • Ensure the efficient use of resources to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, hospitality and enhanced services.
  • Promote a relationship-centred approach to service provision with residents, families, employees and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality, food service or customer service roles preferably in aged care.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management, Aged Care Management or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to build relationships with older people.
