Strategic Education Manager

Statewide Services is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Manager to lead and manage school education programs, services and resources relating to specific State and Commonwealth education initiatives across a range of areas.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on translating strategy into operational goals and creating a shared sense of purpose by engaging others in the strategic direction of the work area, encouraging contribution as well as communicating expected outcomes.
A key focus for this role will be coordinating the delivery and provision of system-wide ancillary services and programs that complement and support student achievement while leading and managing school education programs, services and resources relating to State and Commonwealth education initiatives across a range of areas.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will also have a sound knowledge of educational principles and practices, including curriculum development and implementation.
