Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Land Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing expert advice on land management and maintenance of relevant land ownership information for gas pipelines and related assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with land owners, developers, government departments, and industry consultants to ensure necessary land rights and access rights are obtained and maintained.

Key responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and submitting legal documentation, investigating and reviewing land ownership, and utilizing land mapping software to provide accurate information.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop and foster relationships with industry stakeholders and contribute to the delivery of optimal outcomes.

Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in land management/access and administration related to utility services or pipeline operators
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to influence and build strategic networks with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven time management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities
