Contaminated Land Specialist

We seek an experienced Environmental Scientist to lead our contaminated land team in Western Australia.
This role requires delivering strategic and practical solutions to clients facing environmental management challenges.
You will play a key role in developing our contaminated land services, pursuing new projects, and contributing to the growth of the business unit.
Main Responsibilities- Develop preliminary and detailed assessments, prepare site management plans, remediation action plans, and reports for external and internal clients.
- Lead investigations, including soil, vapour, surface water, groundwater assessments, and drilling programs.
- Create cost-effective fee proposals.
- Initiate, plan, lead, and execute contaminated land and groundwater projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to determine innovative solutions to complex environmental problems.
- Analyse data and prepare technical reports to a high standard.
- Support junior staff development within the team.
- Proven expertise in environmental management, contaminant transport, and risk assessment.
- Strong understanding of site investigation methods and remediation technologies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
