At HBF, change isn't just something that happens, we design, plan, and deliver with purpose. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Change Specialist to join our Enterprise Change Management team in the Value Orchestration Office.

You'll get to make a real impact, supporting initiatives that shape the way HBF works and delivers for members while being part of a supportive change team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

This is a max 6-month opportunity based from either Perth, Sydney or Brisbane.

What you'll do

As a Change Specialist, you'll be the bridge between strategy and delivery — supporting the design and rollout of change plans for initiatives across the business. You'll get to:

  • Lead the change planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution of medium-complexity initiatives.
  • Provide advice and support for low-complexity initiatives.
  • Assess change impacts and readiness so we know exactly where teams are at.
  • Design and deliver interventions that help people adopt new ways of working.
  • Partner with delivery teams, business stakeholders, and leaders to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Mentor Change Analysts and contribute to growing the capability of our change community.

About you

We're looking for someone who has hands-on experience designing and delivering change plans of low to medium complexity, ideally with a change management accreditation (a bonus, but not essential).

You know how to run stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness checks, and adoption evaluations and do this while building strong, collaborative relationships at every level.

Using strong communication skills, you turn complex ideas into business-friendly language and understands the people side of change, bringing leaders and teams on the journey.
