Marketing & Submissions Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Submissions Coordinator to join our Real Estate Management Services team at Colliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and exposure of our Real Estate Management Services experts and capability.
  • Prepare high-quality submissions, pitches, and client presentations, including research and market intelligence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, client events, digital campaigns, and communications strategies.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring compliance with Colliers' branding guidelines across the Real Estate Management Services team.
  • Collaborate with team assistants to ensure marketing initiatives are understood and implemented within each product line.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in marketing, business, or communications, with previous experience in a professional services or business-to-business environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and proactively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic.
  • Highly proficient in InDesign, Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
