Job Description:

As our key Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting month-end reporting, and assisting the Finance team with maintaining accurate financial records. You'll work closely with department managers to ensure timely processing of invoices, reconciliations, and reporting.

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations
  • Perform daily banking and cash flow reconciliations
  • Assist with payroll preparation and compliance requirements
  • Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to resolve queries
  • Provide general administrative and finance support to the Finance team
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, who is experienced in accounts payable/receivable (hospitality experience highly regarded). The ideal candidate will be confident with accounting software and Excel, knowledgeable in financial compliance and reporting requirements, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
