Job Title: Chief Accounting Officer

This is a critical, hands-on position that requires an expert with solid commercial accounting experience and property/real estate accounting expertise.

  • Oversee all financial reporting for the property portfolio.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual accounts, forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
  • Lead AP/AR and guide a small finance support team.
  • Manage cash flow, GL, tax compliance, and external audit relationships.
  • Partner with property, leasing, and facilities teams to ensure accurate tenant receivables, incentives, and outgoings recovery.

We are looking for a collaborative, outcome-focused professional with excellent communication skills who can drive system integrity with Yardi and other finance platforms, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
