  • Developing project objectives and deliverables.
  • Creating comprehensive plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Identifying and submitting project variations, including cost and schedule impacts.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in structural/mechanical engineering or construction management.
  • Proficient knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and cost control tools.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
