Construction Project Manager

The successful candidate will oversee the planning and execution of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring senior supervisors, holding site leadership teams accountable for their performance, and utilising people across the business unit to achieve project outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with each project.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Champion a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility onsite.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in construction management or a related field and have significant previous experience in a similar role.
- 10+ years' experience in a senior supervisory role, managing 200+ resources.
- Valid Australian driver's licence and construction induction white card.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
- Demonstrated experience in working to and meeting deadlines and project deliverables.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
