High Rise Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to lead a landmark high-rise project in Milton.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex projects from design through to handover, with a focus on innovation and delivery excellence.

About the Role:

  • Lead a landmark $150m high-rise project in Milton
  • Drive project success from design through to handover, with full autonomy

Key Requirements:

  • Ideally a Construction Management degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for an established construction company
  • High rise project experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
  • Commercially astute
  • Ability to effectively manage Industrial Relations
