About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Brisbane.

  • This role involves leading and contributing to the structural analysis and design of complex multi-storey reinforced and post-tensioned concrete buildings using ETABS.
  • You will work closely with architects, builders, and clients to deliver high-quality designs for some of Australia's most exciting high-rise projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Design floor systems in RAM Concept including slab/raft, PT tendons, punching shear, deflection, vibration, and staged construction.
  2. Perform first principles verification and peer reviews.
  3. Prepare clear mark-ups, details, and schedules; coordinate with Revit drafters to produce accurate documentation.
  4. Prepare calculations, design reports, briefs, and RFI responses; attend client and consultant meetings.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's desirable).
  • Strong ETABS skills (mandatory); proficiency in RAM Concept is highly regarded.
  • 3-5+ years of structural engineering experience with multi-storey building design in Australia (QLD experience highly regarded).
