We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-rise development in Brisbane. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Ensure the project's vision is aligned with all stakeholders and motivate them to deliver outstanding results.
  • Pre-Construction Involvement: Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
  • Delivery Excellence: Manage construction timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to achieve seamless execution.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure a collaborative and successful project environment.

About You:
  • You have proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director in high-rise multi-residential construction.
  • You possess strong expertise in managing projects of $100M+ value.
  • You have exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • You are a strategic thinker with the ability to manage both the big picture and finer details.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
