We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to join our team in Perth, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution and implementation of operational components of business improvement projects, ensuring consistency of operational processes and decisions, and maintaining client relationships by facilitating communication between clients and relevant Civeo individuals or departments.

This is a full-time permanent role with a salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Travel may be required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the General Manager Operations in ensuring consistency of operational processes and decisions
  • Maintaining client relationships by facilitating communication between clients and relevant Civeo individuals or departments
  • Cordinating and overseeing business process compliance and reporting on behalf of the GM Operations
