  • Proven experience as a senior HR business partner in large and complex organisations.
  • Strong capability in organisational change, transformation, and employee relations.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure environments with resilience and pragmatism.
  • Skilled communicator able to influence, guide, and build trust quickly.
  • Comfortable stepping into fast-paced environments where immediate impact is needed.
  • Previous experience working in Education or Government sectors advantageous.
