A Project Manager plays a key supporting role within the Account team, working directly with Account Managers to ensure smooth execution of client marketing strategies. This role is vital in maintaining strong internal communication and efficient project workflows.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to translate strategic marketing plans into actionable project timelines and task assignments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative and digital assets by managing deadlines and internal workflows.
  • Serve as liaison between Account Management and the Creative Team to streamline communication and ensure clarity on project direction and feedback.
Responsibilities">
  1. Monitor project progress and proactively address roadblocks or risks to timeline adherence.
  2. Track deliverables and manage project management tools to maintain clear visibility into workload and capacity.
  3. Assist in campaign implementation, such as asset coordination and quality assurance.
  4. Maintain documentation and process consistency for recurring tasks and campaigns.
  5. Ensure client feedback is accurately captured and efficiently delivered to the appropriate internal team members.
  6. Support Account Managers in managing client expectations around timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
  7. Coordinate across departments to ensure all client needs are being met within established scopes and deadlines.
  8. Contribute to the continual improvement of internal project processes, tools, and workflows.
  9. Attend client meetings to assist with follow-up and project implementation.

  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, project coordination, or campaign management role.
  • Solid understanding of marketing tactics, timelines, and digital campaign execution.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven with a strong ability to manage deadlines and overlapping priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to clearly synthesize and share information across teams.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative to solve problems.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with or within a creative team is preferred.
  • Comfortable supporting multiple team members with different workstyles and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, basic SEO concepts, and email marketing tools is a plus.
