About the Role:
  • Registered Architect (RA) required for this challenging position
  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architecture is necessary
  • Strong proficiency in Revit is essential; working knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite is preferred
  • Expertise in construction documentation, detailing, and coordination is required
  • Strong understanding of building codes, ADA compliance, and technical standards is essential

  • Experience in public, education, or healthcare architecture is highly valued
  • Residency in Charlotte, NC or willingness to relocate is a requirement

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the production and coordination of design and construction documents
  • Manage collaboration with consultants, contractors, and clients effectively
  • Conduct thorough code research, quality control, and document reviews
  • Guide project planning, design execution, and documentation strategies
  • Oversee construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and punch lists
  • Represent the firm during meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to standards and project milestones
