Roller Compacted Concrete Project Coordinator

The successful Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of roller compacted concrete projects. This includes coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery, managing project resources, and adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities include developing detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans, as well as maintaining quality control and adherence to project specifications and tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate project activities from pre-construction to close-out
- Work closely with estimating and engineering teams during bid and design phases
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Maintain quality control and adhere to project specifications and tolerances
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in heavy civil or concrete paving projects
- Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, HCSS)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
