Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, project coordination, or campaign management role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing tactics, timelines, and digital campaign execution.
  • Exceptional detail-oriented skills with a strong ability to manage deadlines and overlapping priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to clearly synthesize and share information across teams.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative to solve problems.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com , Asana, Trello).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with or within a creative team is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable supporting multiple team members with different workstyles and priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, basic SEO concepts, and email marketing tools is an added advantage.
