Project Management Expertise

CAMP is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee all projects and ensure on-target performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing construction budgets, schedules, and quality controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to resolve issues, address staff and project-related problems, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business success.
  • Participate in emergency on-call rotations and manage equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in construction project management, preferably in multi-family settings.
  • Proficiency in SmartSheets, ProCore, or Sage software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, lead teams, and make authoritative decisions when necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
