We are seeking a highly skilled Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team on a 15-month fixed term contract.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support in risk management practices, working closely with the business to identify and manage operational risk. This includes overseeing compliance functions, facilitating risk assessments, and tracking action items.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in financial services, preferably insurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Qualifications: Business, Commerce, Finance, Law or an associated discipline.
  • Experience: 1-2 years plus in financial services, preferably insurance.
  • Operational Risk Management Frameworks: Understanding of Operational Risk Management principles.
