Job Summary

The IWP Delivery Manager role supports the delivery of Land Integrated Work Program contracts, working closely with the IWP Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract lifecycle, ensuring deliverables, schedules, and compliance are met.
  • Develop strategic delivery plans aligned with client goals and resource capabilities.
  • Act as backup to the IWP Program Manager during absences or competing priorities.
  • Manage client requests, resource assignments, and supplier engagement.
  • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, travel approvals, time sheeting, and Commonwealth compliance processes.
Required Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles focused on contract delivery and operational execution.
  • Strong program management skills with ability to plan strategically and manage performance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with track record of building positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in resource planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Defence systems including Office365, DPN, and PMO365.
  • Current Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
  • Ability to comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.
