Job Overview

This role plays a crucial part in our organization, overseeing commercial and contractual delivery throughout the contract lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, coupled with experience in independently managing contract lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive commercial and contractual delivery across the contract lifecycle, encompassing tender submissions, risk identification, and negotiation of legal and commercial terms.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with business objectives through proactive contract management.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contract delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and commercial awareness across project teams by developing and maturing commercial acumen.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Contract / Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Law are desirable, or 7+ years' experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator.
  • Experience in an operational environment where you can provide practical advice and learnings to project delivery teams.
