Contract Management Specialist

About the Role:
This role involves overseeing contract administration from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Managing contracts, including main contracts and subcontracts.
- Administering progress claims, variations, and extensions of time.
- Negotiating and resolving disputes with subcontractors and suppliers.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial construction projects in Victoria.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian construction contracts and legal frameworks.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using project management software such as Jobpac, Procore, or ProcurePro.
