Strategic Contract Specialist

The position of Strategic Contract Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success through proactive and timely service delivery. As an integral member of the Commercial Team, the incumbent will contribute significantly to achieving overall group objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximise commercial outcomes by undertaking effective contractual management of projects.
- Lead negotiations with customers, subcontractors and suppliers regarding contractual matters.
- Provide valuable commercial advice to project and tender teams.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as accounting, law or business.
- Prior experience in contract management or an equivalent role is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of contracting and procurement processes within engineering, project management or defence environments is essential.
